Winterhaven is a wonderful city full of fun and eclectic things to do. Nothing, however, is as awe inducing as the Festival of Lights. An annual festival that happens at the end of December, the Festival of Lights includes everything from floats, marching bands, bike groups and local businesses all decked out in beautiful lights. It is a way for visitors and locals to celebrate the holidays with colorful, multi-cultural displays of lights, music, games and entertainment.
